We will communicate with our members via WhatsApp Groups. These groups are ‘read-only.’ If you’d like to ask a question, please use a private message on WhatsApp. Last-minute cancelled classes, health advice, class photos, registration news, and much more will be shared there.

It is the parent’s responsibility to join the WhatsApp group and stay up to date with the information shared. Registration for the next term will also be posted in the WhatsApp group. If a parent is not in the group and misses the registration, Fun Gymnastics is not responsible for this.

Registration is to be made online ONLY. Please use our website www.fungymnastics.ie by making a deposit/full payment. This will secure your child’s place in our gymnastics club.

Your child has priority when re-enrolling for the next term. However, if no payment is made one week before the new term starts, your place could be given to the next person on the waiting list.

We are now affiliated with the Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA). Each child who wishes to attend our classes must become a member of IGA. The yearly membership fee is €20, which is collected every September.

The fee for an 8-week term is €90 per child, with sibling discounts available. Some terms may be shorter than 8 weeks, and prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Fees must be paid online using a credit or debit card through our website.

Fun Gymnastics operates a “no refund policy.” If you’ve made a payment but your child is unable to attend, you have two options:

Find someone willing to continue for the remainder of the term.
Make up classes in other locations (subject to availability). Please contact us in advance.
Please note: deposit payments for camps and competitions are subject to the same no refund policy – please make sure you’ve made an informed choice.

If a refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, a €5 admin charge will apply. This charge is passed on from PaymentPlus.

If you wish to attend a make-up class, you must first check availability by calling 0860411112. To book a make-up class, please text or email our office at info@fungymnastics.ie with your child’s full name, usual class venue and time, plus the requested day and time for the make-up class. A member of our team will confirm available class times.

Safety is our priority! Please make sure your child wears GRIP SOCKS at all times. These can be purchased in any trampoline park in the country. (Penneys’ fluffy grip socks are not acceptable.)

Otherwise, attire should be leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, and a t-shirt/hoodie. Hair must be tied back, and all jewellery must be removed. No chewing gum. A bottle of water is a must.

Please inform us of any conditions or special requirements your child might have.

It’s a drop-and-go service. There are a few reasons why we do not allow parents to stay, but don’t worry—your children are in good hands. All our coaches are Garda Vetted, Safeguarding Aware, and First Aid trained.

Children must be collected in person. No child will be allowed to walk home alone without written consent from a parent. When it’s dark outside, please step out of the car and come to the door.

Unfortunately, our mainstream classes are not specifically designed for children with additional needs. However, we are always happy to discuss individual requirements and explore options to support every child. Our coaches are not SNAs and are not trained to deal with children with advanced spectrum needs.

You intend for your child to participate in activities provided by Fun Gymnastics, including but not limited to using various gymnastics equipment either on or off-site. You confirm that you are aged eighteen (18) years or older and, if signing for a minor, that you are their parent or guardian.

You agree that your child will follow all instructions and directions given by Fun Gymnastics staff before and during participation in activities. You also agree to follow all notices issued by Fun Gymnastics staff. You acknowledge that Fun Gymnastics is not responsible for any personal belongings that may be lost, stolen, or damaged while participating.

You confirm that neither you nor your child will participate in activities while under the influence of any intoxicant, legal or otherwise. You also confirm that you will not participate while taking medication that could impair safe participation.

You understand that gymnastics is a physical activity that requires a moderate level of fitness. You acknowledge that your child should not participate unless they are physically able to do so. You also acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including injury, bodily harm, or damage to personal property, and YOU FULLY ACCEPT THESE RISKS.

You agree that all incidents or injuries must be reported to a Fun Gymnastics staff member at the time of occurrence. Failure to do so will indemnify Fun Gymnastics, its staff, and agents against any claims arising from the incident.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you accept that Fun Gymnastics is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation, and you waive all claims against Fun Gymnastics, its staff, and agents in this respect.

You release, waive, and forever indemnify Fun Gymnastics, its staff, and agents against all claims for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation. You also indemnify Fun Gymnastics against claims made by others due to failure to follow instructions or abide by rules.

You acknowledge that this waiver may be used as a defense against any legal action taken against Fun Gymnastics, its staff, or agents.

You declare that you have read, fully understood, and agree to this waiver.
