10:10am – children age 10 – check in opens
10:30am – children age 10 – competition starts
12:30am – children age 10 – competition ends

12:40am – children age 11, 12 and teens – check in opens

3:00pm – children age 11, 12 and teens – competition ends

Please ensure your child arrives on time for check-in and is ready to participate.

❗ Competition Fee Policy
Please note that the competition fee is non-refundable.
This is because all funds are allocated in advance towards event organisation, including:
medals, trophies, prizes, venue hire, staffing, event logistics and more.

We are really looking forward to a fantastic weekend of gymnastics and celebrating all the children’s hard work and progress!

We kindly ask for full parent commitment when selecting routines, as these are carefully assigned and prepared in advance for the competition.
